4. How does RazorLast solution work?
RazorLast solution works in several ways. First, it consistently prevents the build-up of hard salt crystals that constantly form along razor edges while air drying after use. 7. How do I use RazorLast solution?
For best results, start with a new set of razor blades and fresh RazorLast solution to begin a storage cycle after the first shave. RazorLast is not formulated or guaranteed to restore old, worn or dull blades, however, some customers have reported good results when soaking in solution for a few days.

1. Before shaving…remove razor from RazorLast solution and rinse thoroughly under hot water. Proceed with a normal shave.
2. After shaving…rinse razor head and shake or pat dry with dry tissue or towel. Place razor in RazorTube or suitable closed container after each use. There should be enough RazorLast solution (approx. 1 oz.) in the RazorTube to completely cover razor head ONLY. Locate the elevated ring on the outside of the RazorTube toward the bottom. Filling to this line equals approximately one ounce of solution.

Shave as you normally do. However, you might notice a slightly lighter shaving stroke can be used to achieve a smooth shave with each pass of the razor. RazorLast conditions the blades and maintains the sharpness so well you may find it unnecessary to apply extra downward pressure on the blades for a closer shave.

11. How long will RazorLast last?  
As long as you pat dry your razor before placing in solution, RazorLast will provide razor protection for up to two weeks and then will need replaced. 12. Are there any safety issues related to the use of RazorLast?  
RazorLast solution contains 94% isopropanol which is flammable. Keep away from any heat source or open flame. RazorLast is used in and around the bathroom sink and in the shower or bathtub, so if you take the same precautions you do when spraying hair spray or splashing on after-shave, the flammable nature of the solution should not be a concern. Keep away from children at all times. Do not directly breathe vapors or ingest solution. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash skin with soap and water and rinse eyes with running water. 14. How long will my razor blade last?  
Of course, this depends on several factors. 15. Will RazorLast affect the lubricating strip on my razor?
RazorLast will not cause swelling of the strips as other products containing oil (e.g. mineral oil) do. However, they may become more worn over time due to the drastic increase of use. Head shavers will experience this even more so because of the sheer number of abrasive hairs contacting the strip compared to beard, underarms, or leg shaving. This will in no way affect the results. It is rare and unlikely, but RazorLast may break down the glue that holds the lubricating strip in place causing it to loosen after sitting in the solution for an extended period. This is due to a defect from the manufacturer. Removing the strip will not affect your shaving. In fact, your razor will work better without it. You do not need a lubricating strip for a good shave. If this occurs, a little extra dab of shaving cream and a little hot water will do the trick.

16. What is the RazorLast test?  
The Razorlast test is simple. To prove RazorLast solution works, record the starting date for one of your razor blades. This will count as your first shave. 18. Any tips for the RazorTube?
To ease opening of secure lid, place thumb under tab located on the lid. Lift gently and “pop” the lid for easy access. When storing your razor in the RazorTube, make sure the lid is securely closed to prevent spillage. Make certain you press down all edges firmly and evenly to ensure the lid is sealed properly. Also, your RazorTube may need rinsed from time to time. Use a small amount of RazorLast solution to swish around the bottom of the tube, discard, and refill with fresh solution. Do not use water for this procedure as it has the potential to dilute your next batch of RazorLast solution.
