Payment
Do you accept another currency
besides US dollars?
No. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company
will automatically do a currency conversion for you when you
purchase from RazorLast.com.

Is there sales tax?
Sales tax in the amount of 6% will be
collected for all orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses
only. Allegheny County residents are subject to a 7% sales
tax. Shipments to all other states will not be subject to
sales tax. If tax is applicable to your order it will
automatically be calculated and reflected on your order
during checkout.
Taxes on orders shipped to Canada depend on ship-to
destination. Taxes will be added to your order at the time
of checkout.

How secure is my credit card
transaction?
RazorLast.com values you as a
customer. Protecting you and your order information are
extremely important to us. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology through Equifax Secure---the
most trusted and largest credit company in the world---is
used to protect all aspects of your transaction on this site
and all orders are securely protected by Equifax
Secure. To verify the security of your transactions
and connection, look for the closed lock symbol (depending
on your browser) in the lower right hand portion of your
browser window or the right side of the URL address box
after accessing our server. A closed lock indicates that SSL
is active and your transaction is secure. Another way of
verifying the secure status of your transaction is by
inspecting the URL address box for “https” instead of “http”
preceding a URL address. This indicates you are accessing a
secure server.
If your browser or firewall does not accept communication
through secure servers, you will not be permitted to place
an order.

What methods of payment do you accept?
RazorLast accepts most major credit
cards. We honor Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover.
We also accept PayPal. All credit card
transactions are secured by Equifax Secure!

When is my credit card charged for my
order?
Your credit card will be charged upon
completing and submitting the information required for
processing. Any items out of stock will be placed on back
order status and you will be notified via email. Back order
items will be shipped immediately as soon as they become
available.

Shipping
How am I notified when my order is
shipped?
When your order is placed you will
receive an email confirmation that confirms the details of
your order. This acknowledgement will include the items
ordered, price sales tax (if any), shipping and handling
charges, carrier tracking number if applicable and any
information regarding items placed on back order.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped by United States
Postal Services. Shipping charges are assessed per package
and are based on the weight of the package ordered (not
including applicable taxes).

How does RazorLast ship to Canada?
RazorLast.com ships to Canada as a
Non-Resident Importer. The ordering process is the same as
outlined in our “How to Shop” page. Add your items to your
order and click on checkout to complete your order. After
supplying your shipping and billing addresses, you will be
provided a total “delivered price” which includes a
destination charge comprising any taxes, duties, brokerage
fees, and international handling charges that apply for your
delivery area. All destination and shipping and handling
charges are displayed in US dollars before order is placed.
The total delivered priced for your order will be quoted in
US dollars and your credit card company will perform the
currency conversion to Canadian dollars. RazorLast ships
Canadian orders via USPS Ground delivery.

What are the shipping charges?
RazorLast offers shipping options to
meet your needs. You will be able to select your shipping
method at Checkout, and the shipping will be calculated.
Shipping charges are assessed per package and based on the
weight of the package ordered (not including applicable
taxes). Use chart below to determine the appropriate First
Class Mail shipping and handling charges for your order.

When are the orders shipped?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery
of all in-stock items. However, every effort will be made to
ship your order from our warehouse within 24-hours of
placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If
your order is placed over a holiday or weekend, shipment
will normally be made on the next business day. If an item
is out of stock, it will be placed on back-order and you
will be notified.

Where do we ship?
RazorLast ships within the
continental United States and Canada Ground destinations
only. For Canadian orders, please refer to our Canadian
Orders page for relevant information.
RazorLast does not currently ship to international
destinations, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO
addresses, or any destinations reached by air. We are
planning to establish a business presence overseas in the
near future so please look for our products shortly .

Orders
How can I cancel my order once it has
been placed?
You can change and cancel your order
during the checkout portion of the order process. Your order
cannot be canceled once it has been submitted. If you wish
to cancel your order on the same day it has been placed,
please contact our Customer service center by telephone at
1-888-32-RAZOR (1-888-327-2967) Monday thru
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, to
inquire about canceling your order prior to shipment. If
your order has already been shipped and you would still like
to cancel, please notify us of your intent and return
shipment immediately upon delivery.

How does the order process work?
Once you have filled your shopping
basket and proceeded to checkout, you will receive an order
confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain a
Confirmation Number which can be used for reference if you
have any questions regarding your order. If paying by credit
card, be assured your credit card information is secure
through the Equifax Secure security
feature. If using PayPal, your order will
be processed using the PayPal payment
system, the most trusted online payment system in the world!
If paying using PayPal, your financial
information is never submitted to us so your information
remains completely confidential. Before shipping, your order
is verified for accuracy, packed and shipped. After shipping
you will receive an email confirming the delivery of your
order and will include a tracking number where applicable.
